Suggest a feature
Missing something, or found something broken? Tell us — every suggestion is read.
Where your suggestion goes
Straight to the person who writes the code. luud.link is a one-person project, so there is no product team to route this through and no backlog it disappears into.
A good share of what the site does today started as somebody typing into this box. The bulk shorten and bulk QR tools, the UTM builder, the browser extension, and logo support in QR codes all arrived that way.
Why we cannot write back
The form stores your message and nothing else. No name, no email address, no IP. That is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight, and it has exactly one consequence: there is no way to reach you, so nothing you send here can be answered.
If you want a reply, send the same thing to luud.link@gmail.com. It reaches the same person and usually gets an answer within a few days.
What makes a suggestion easy to act on
The most useful messages describe a situation rather than a feature. What you were trying to do, what happened instead, and what you expected — that is enough to work from, and it often points at a simpler fix than the feature somebody asks for by name.
A concrete example beats a general request. "The QR download is a PNG and my printer wants vector" is actionable in a way that "better QR options" is not.
- If something is broken, the browser and device you saw it on help a lot.
- If it involves a specific link, include the short URL.
- One idea per message is easier to act on than a list.
What this form is not for
Three things reach the wrong place if they are sent here, and all three have a faster route.
- A harmful link belongs on the report page, which is checked ahead of everything else.
- Anything about your data — a question about what is held, or a deletion request — should go by email, since it needs a reply.
- A lost management key cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. The link keeps working and keeps counting clicks; it just cannot be edited or deleted any more. Sign in before creating links if you would rather they stayed recoverable.
