Report a link

Found a harmful short link? Tell us and we'll review it.

What happens after you send it

Every report is read by a person rather than scored by a filter. Abuse reports are handled ahead of everything else that reaches us, and looked at the same day wherever that is possible.

If the link is confirmed harmful it is removed, and removal is immediate and complete: the link stops resolving everywhere it was ever posted, messaged, or printed inside a QR code. There is no grace period and no appeal window for the person who created it.

What to include

The full short link is the one detail that matters most — without it there is nothing to act on, and it is the single thing that saves a round trip on almost every report.

Beyond that, a sentence about what you saw is enough. Where it sent you, what the page asked for, and how you came across it all help, but none of them are required.

  • You do not need to be the injured party to report something.
  • You will not be asked who you are, and the form takes no account.
  • Reporting a link you are unsure about is fine — a false alarm costs us a minute.

What belongs here

Anything on the prohibited list in the terms of use. In practice that is almost always one of the following.

  • Phishing — a page imitating a bank, a brand, or a government body to harvest logins, card details, or ID documents.
  • Malware — anything that tries to install something or start a download you did not ask for.
  • Scams and fraud — fake shops, investment and lottery cons, parcel-fee messages, deceptive advertising.
  • Child sexual abuse material — removed and reported to the authorities, without exception.
  • Harassment — threats, doxxing, or content inciting violence against a person or group.
  • Spam — links created in bulk for unsolicited messaging.

What this page cannot do

This form only covers luud.link short links. If a harmful page reached you some other way, there is nothing here to remove — report it to the site's host, or through your browser's own safe-browsing report, which is what actually gets a page blocked at scale.

Removing a link also does not remove the content behind it. The destination stays online and reachable at its own address; what disappears is the luud.link route to it.

And because the form deliberately stores no contact details, we cannot tell you the outcome. If you want to hear back, send the same report to luud.link@gmail.com instead.

If your own link was removed

Mistakes are possible, and a link removed in error is worth telling us about. Email luud.link@gmail.com with the short link and we will look again.
