Email

Write to luud.link@gmail.com. It reaches the developer who builds and runs luud.link — there is no support queue and no ticket robot in between.

Replies usually take a few days. Abuse reports jump the queue and are looked at the same day wherever possible. If your message is about a specific link, include the full short URL: it is the one detail that saves a round trip on almost every enquiry.

Report a harmful link

If a luud.link short link points at malware, a phishing page, a scam, or anything else that breaks the terms of use, the fastest route is the report page. It takes the short link and a short description, and it does not require an account.

Every report is read by a person rather than scored by a filter. A link that is confirmed harmful is removed, and removal is immediate and total: the link stops resolving everywhere it was ever posted, printed, or embedded in a QR code.

You do not need to be the injured party to report something, and you will not be asked who you are.

Suggest a feature

Ideas for the product belong in the suggestion form, which goes directly to the person who writes the code. A good share of what the site does today started as somebody typing into that box.

The form stores nothing except your message — no name, no email address, no IP. That is deliberate, and it has one consequence: we cannot write back. If you want an answer rather than just to be heard, send the same idea by email instead.

Your data, and deleting it

Most data questions have a self-service answer that is faster than emailing. Any link can be deleted from its own management page, which erases its statistics along with it. Signed-in users can delete their account and every link attached to it from the dashboard. Data belonging to deleted links leaves our systems within 30 days.

For anything the buttons do not cover — a question about what is held, or a request that needs a human — email us and say what you need. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored in the first place, which is less than most people expect.

What we cannot do

One request comes in often enough to answer here in advance: we cannot recover a lost management key. A link created without an account is controlled solely by the secret management URL handed to you at creation, and no copy of it exists on our side — that is what makes the anonymous flow private rather than a login in disguise.

If you have lost yours, the link itself keeps working and keeps counting clicks; you simply cannot edit or delete it any more. Create a fresh link for anything you still need to control, and sign in first if you would rather your links were recoverable from an account.

Advertising and business enquiries

Advertising on luud.link is sold through Google AdSense, so there are no direct placements to buy and no media kit to send. Press questions, partnership ideas, and anything else commercial can go to the same email address.

The short version: email luud.link@gmail.com for anything needing a reply, and use the report page if a link is causing harm right now.
